RefillLoop Privacy Policy

RefillLoop is a local refill reminder app. It is designed to work without an account, without cloud sync, and without uploading item records to a remote server in the base flow.

What the app accesses

• Item names, category labels, store or room labels, due dates, reminder lead times, and optional notes that you enter yourself.
• App-private local storage used to save your refill list on-device.
• Android notification services used to alert you before refill dates.

What data RefillLoop collects

• RefillLoop does not require an account.
• RefillLoop does not upload your refill list to our servers as part of normal app use.
• RefillLoop is not designed to collect personal data for profiling or analytics in the base local-first flow.

How refill data is handled

• Refill entries are stored in app-private local storage on your device.
• Notification scheduling is handled on-device through Android WorkManager, and local notifications are used for due alerts.
• If you uninstall the app, app-private stored refill data is removed from the device.

If AdMob is enabled in a later release, review the final Google Play Data safety answers and public privacy policy before release.
